Directors' Dealings

The Company received notification of the following Director's dealings today.

John Watkins today sold 204,475 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.5p per Ordinary Share, which were held equally in his own name and in the name of his wife, Mrs Linda Watkins. On the same day, the trustees of John Watkins' SIPP purchased 204,475 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, John Watkins' interest in the Company remains unchanged at 3,822,738 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.37 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
