Directors' Dealings

The Company today received notification of the following Directors' dealings on the 23rd April 2010.

Matthew Cowley sold 83,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 12p per ordinary share.  On the same day, the trustees of Matthew Cowley's SIPP purchased 83,333 Shares at a price of 12p per ordinary share.  In addition, Timothy Cowley sold 207,707 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 12p per ordinary share.  In addition the trustees of Timothy Cowley's SIPP purchased 207,707 ordinary shares at a price 12p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, Matthew Cowley's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,164,203 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 6.2 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  Timothy Cowley's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,420,002 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 7.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
