Trading Update
 
Trakm8,  the AIM-listed designer and developer of  licensed GPRS based hardware and software
for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to provide an update on trading for the
year ended 31 March 2009.
 
As set out in the Company’s interim results announcement on 16 December 2008, the Board was
optimistic  that  the  Group  was  making  good  progress  towards  returning  to  profitability.  The
Company is therefore pleased to announce that trading in the second half of the year was in line
with the Board’s expectations. 
 
Recent  contract  wins  with  SmartSurv  and  E.ON,  announced  on  23  March  and  25  March
respectively, are  indicative of Trakm8’s  improved  trading performance and give confidence  that
results will continue to improve in 2009. 
 
The Company expects  to announce  its preliminary  results  for  the year ended 31 March 2009  in
July 2009.
 
Dawson  Buck,  Chairman  of  Trakm8  commented, "We  are  very  pleased  that  following  our
management changes  last September and  the  remedial actions  taken, Trakm8 has  returned  to
profitability and that the trend for the future is positive.”
