Appointment of Finance Director
Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software
for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the appointment of James
Killingworth Hedges as Finance Director with effect from 25th
September 2008.
James Hedges, 50, is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years' national and international
finance experience. James is a graduate of Exeter University in Engineering Science and qualified
as an accountant with KMG Thompson McLintock (now KPMG) in 1983. He has since been
involved with a number of different companies including venture capital, property and Private
Finance Initiative projects with London Electricity plc. James has been the Trakm8 Group
Financial Controller for the last 2 years.
Tim Couling, as notified on 3rd
June 2008, steps down as Finance Director with immediate effect
but will remain on the board of directors for the remaining duration of his notice period which
expires on 1st
December 2008.
Dawson Buck, Chairman of Trakm8 commented, 'We are very pleased that James has agreed to
join the Board. His prior experience within the Group and his track record in shaping and
growing UK companies will prove to be an invaluable asset in the future.'

Mr Hedges resigned as a Director of William Sheppee Ltd in January 2003. Treble Quote Job
Limited (formerly William Sheppee Ltd) went into administrative receivership in July 2003
following the loss of a major customer.
