Trakm8 Holdings PLC today announces that, by mutual consent, Cary Paul Knapton is standing down
as Chief Executive Officer and will leave the Company with immediate effect.
The Board has appointed John Ferris Watkins, currently Executive Chairman of Omitec Group Limited
and a non-Executive Director of the Company as interim Chief Executive Officer pending the
appointment of a permanent replacement.
Dawson Buck, Chairman, stated, “The Board thanks Cary for his efforts over the last seven years and
wishes him and his family every success in the future.”
