hardware, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Royal Chase Hotel,
Shaftesbury, Dorset on Thursday 25 September 2008 at 09.30am.
 
Notice and Form of Proxy of the AGM and the report and accounts for the year ending 31 March
2008 have been sent by post to all shareholders on the Register as at 28 August 2008 and are
