Snibor philosophy is to stand apart notably from other builders; by having a five-star approach to our customer service, with a

passion for quality, reliability and flair.

Key elements to look at tracking: Proof of arrival time on site, improve efficiency all round, show bus/private mileage.

What were the key elements that made you look for a fleet management system?

To fully stand by that our mission we need a fleet management system so we knew we exactly who could be where and when so

we could make real promises to our customers. Also for the sake of our employee’s safety and legal and indeed tax reasons we felt

that a tracking system was the only way to truly monitor all aspects to meet all our aims.

Specific requirements

• Improve customer service so the service given lives up to the brand promise.

• Check employee timesheets to limit discrepancies on both parties

• To aid employees to indentify private mileage from business for puposes of the Inland Revenue.

What stood out and differentiated Trakm8 as a company?

It was great that a company ‘just down the road’ could deal with our needs, and be on hand. Also we knew of other local business

using Trakm8 and were told they offer best value for money product.

We found that Trakm8 were

• Easy to deal with and listened to what we needed and why.

• Offering free onsite training and a dedicated account manager

From the Trakm8 product offer, what were the key technical elements that were the deciding factors in working with

Trakm8 over and above their competitors?

• Accuracy of timesheet reports

• Can perform simple spot checks on speeding.
