Dawson Buck - Non-Executive Chairman

Dawson is an internationally experienced Director with over three decades of experience at senior management and non-executive level. He has founded and built a multitude of companies individually, as well as initiating and innovating substantial change within large international corporations in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Dawson currently holds positions as Non-Executive Chairman of both L3 Technology Ltd and Provexis Plc, where he lead the team who successfully completed a reverse takeover flotation of the company onto the AIM market in June 2005.

He has a distinguished career spanning a range of industries, with high profile management positions including: Electronic Alarms Ltd, Group Chief Executive of Automated Security Holdings plc, Senior Vice President of Sensormatic Electronic Corporation Inc, President of Sensormatic International and Deputy Chief Executive ANGLE plc.

John Watkins - CEO

John has over 25 years' national and international experience as a senior manager in the electronics and engineering industries. Since 1996, John has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Omitec Group Ltd, a private equity backed electronics and software engineering company, which supplies automotive diagnostic and in-vehicle electronic equipment to global automotive companies. In that time, John has managed an eight-fold increase in sales to over 20 million. He also has extensive international sales, marketing and acquisition experience.

James Hedges - Finance Director

James Hedges is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years' national and international finance experience. James is a graduate of Exeter University in Engineering Science and qualified as an accountant with KMG Thompson McLintock (now KPMG) in 1983. He has since been involved with a number of different companies including venture capital, property and Private Finance Initiative projects with London Electricity plc.

Tim Cowley - Engineering Director

Tim has over 20 years experience with a strong background in electronics, software development and team management. He has been involved in software and hardware design of unmanned aircraft systems, autopilot control and navigation software, digital mapping, range and direction finding equipment, ATC Radar display systems, sub-sea communication equipment and miniature GPS receivers. Tim has commercial and technical management experience of running multi-million pound programmes.

Paul Wilson - Sales Director

Paul has held Senior Sales and Marketing positions for over 20 years. He has a broad background of business development and CRM expertise in both the UK and Internationally, with extensive experience in Automotive distribution. Paul is a graduate in business studies holds logistics qualifications and has experience of growing sales in challenging and complex markets. He has over many years managed the development and growth of £multi-million accounts. His background includes senior sales roles in household name Companies such as Rawlplug and Unipart.

Madeline Cowley - Chief Technical Officer

Madeline has over 20 years experience developing leading edge real time embedded software in the Telecommunications Industry. She has very broad engineering skills, which include server-side voice recognition, telephony switching, intelligent networks, and mobile communications such as TETRA, GSM and most recently GPRS & GPS. Madeline was awarded a Masters Degree in 1996 with distinction from the University of Oxford, Kellogg College.
